The year is almost coming to a close, and the Pinay Doulas couldn’t be prouder of our 2017 workshops!
In the past year, we have conducted a total of 14 workshops: seven (7) “Binhi Childbirth Preparation” Classes, four (4) “We Have a New Baby, Now What” Parenting Classes, and three (3) “Embracing Fertility: A Holistic Approach” workshops.
Through our monthly gatherings, we served a total of 187 families in their family-building pursuits, beginning in their fertility awareness, to pregnancy and childbirth, all the way to the postpartum period.
We strongly believe in how education plays a key role in a woman and her family’s positive conception, pregnancy, and birth experience. It is through these workshops that we share our knowledge and expertise, with the hope that we can empower women and their families as they enter a new and exciting chapter of their lives.
